StrongLifts 5 x 5
The only weight training program I’ve ever done that has worked for me is StrongLifts 5 x 5.
I’m a hard gainer.
Nothing outside of compound exercises works for me to build mass.
I could do pushups, machines at the gym, dumbbells, cables, and everything in between all day without making any significant gains.
