In this guide, I’ll break down what makes the best multivitamin for erectile dysfunction and share the top 5 best brands available in 2019. Instead of filling your head with technical jargon and bombarding you with iffy links to scientific research, I’m going to tell you what works for me.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned from working online is to follow the people who have actually tried something to see if it works. What good is a person’s advice if he hasn’t tried what he’s telling you works?
It’s easy for anyone – including online health “experts” – to read a scientific study then regurgitate it and act like an expert on the topic. You won’t find that here.
How can vitamins improve your erection quality?
Over the years, I’ve noticed that certain vitamins and minerals do just as good of a job as herbs for ED.
In fact, there’s one mineral I’ll go over below that’s the most critical of them all. Plus, it enhances the effects of the herbs I take.
Here are several of the benefits I’ve experienced from vitamins:
- Easier to get erect
- Stronger morning wood
- Stay erect longer without stimulation
- A libido boost
- More stamina
- Larger load size
- Increased sensitivity
What are the best vitamins and minerals for Erectile Dysfunction?
Zinc
When it comes to erectile health, zinc is number one. Your testosterone production depends on zinc. Zinc also plays a key role in healthy sperm production, and every time you ejaculate, you release zinc.
For this reason, I take zinc every day when I’m having a lot of sex.
Vitamin C
A few years ago, I realized that vitamin C makes me hornier and harder. There’s evidence that vitamin C increases blood flow to the genitals. Vitamin C is necessary for nitric oxide production, which increases blood flow by dilating blood vessels.
In my experience, it definitely gets the job done. Later in the guide, I share the dosage that works well for me.
Vitamin D
Without sufficient vitamin D, your mood can suffer. That’s why vitamin D deficiency can cause erectile dysfunction stemming from both mental and physical issues.
It’s important that you get enough sun because if you don’t, vitamin D supplementation becomes necessary. One study found that men with vitamin D deficiency are 32% more likely to suffer from ED.
B Vitamins
In my experience, B vitamins are the least important of the bunch, yet they’re vital for energy production. Without sufficient daily energy, the quality of your erections will suffer.
The problem with B vitamins is companies often overdo the dosages. I get all my B vitamins from my diet, so in my case, the high doses are overkill.
Consider the B vitamins in your diet before taking an excess of B vitamins or any vitamin for that matter. Additionally, quality is even more important when choosing a B12 supplement.
Top 5 Best Multivitamins for Erectile Dysfunction
Now that you know what to look for, here are the best brands.
Note: You’ll notice that none of these vitamins contain saw palmetto. Saw palmetto is NOT good for men because it has DHT-blocking properties, and this can make ED worse.
#1 Super Nutrition
This is the best multivitamin for erectile dysfunction that I’ve seen on the market. It’s packed with the vitamins and minerals I listed above.
Plus, it has some interesting extras including epimedium aka horny goat weed, a higher dose of magnesium, and iodine from kelp.

#2 EVLution Nutrition
Here’s another great multivitamin for erectile dysfunction. For men who are looking for an energy boost in addition to ED support, this brand is a solid choice with its addition of green tea powder.
I drink a lot of green tea every day, and I love to drink it before having sex because it heightens my performance and energy between the sheets.

#3 New Chapter
If you like to take your vitamins on an empty stomach and prefer organic vitamins made from whole foods, this product by New Chapter is the best multivitamin for erectile dysfunction that’s organic.
It contains some of my favorite herbs for male enhancement including maca and eleuthero root aka Siberian ginseng. You also get ginger and turmeric extracts. In my experience, both of those roots improve my erection quality.

#4 Pure Synergy
Here’s an under-the-radar men’s multivitamin that’s full of unique ingredients you won’t find in other leading brands.
What I like about this brand is it contains fo-ti, an herb used in Chinese medicine to combat grey hair and hair loss. I tested this herb about 5 years ago and realized soon after taking it that it caused me to get aroused without any touch.
This multivitamin also contains ashwagandha root and damiana leaf, which are two of my favorite herbal libido boosters.

#5 Life Force
Last but not least is Life Force. This multivitamin is great for men who want to improve their circulation and boost their energy.
It contains a unique blend of ingredients including ginkgo leaf extract, coenzyme Q10, quercetin, and a high dose of vitamin C.

Bonus Tips
While I do like the multivitamins above, I usually take my vitamins and minerals separately and not daily.
Here are the two products I like the most:
The best part about these supplements is they’re cheap, and they work.
As I mentioned earlier, be careful with saw palmetto. There’s controversy regarding its benefits for men with erectile dysfunction. It’s best to err on the side of caution, especially when you’re considering taking something that can block DHT.
If you want to take saw palmetto for hair loss, there are better, safer natural remedies such as fo-ti, MSM sulfur, biotin, and others. My hair growth oil is another solid option for healthier, thicker hair and treating a receding hairline.
My final tip is to eat more foods that contain zinc, vitamin C, B vitamins, healthy fats, and proteins. A balanced diet with more fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds goes a long way to reverse the physical causes of ED.
Why do I know all of this?
After smoking bud every day of my life for 14 years, I quit cold turkey almost 6 years ago. After I quit, the next time I went to masturbate, my gear didn’t work.
It wasn’t until my first trip abroad later that year that I reversed my case of ED, and thankfully, it hasn’t returned.
Along the way, I began experimenting with herbs and vitamins and discovered what works for me.
Here’s what I do that works:
- I make my own herbal capsules (read my top 10 best capsule filling machines guide)
- I take the vitamins I listed in the previous section.
- Nofap – I don’t masturbate.
- Spend time with feminine women (My book explains how Filipinas played a major role in my erectile dysfunction recovery)
- I started doing complex barbell workouts a few years ago and fell in love with it. This took my self-discipline and virility to the next level.
- Recently, I began practicing sexual transmutation and abstaining from sex as well as masturbation. It’s made an incredible difference in my productivity and mental strength. One of the benefits I’ve noticed is rock-hard morning wood, which is a key indicator of good health for men. When I suffered from ED, I didn’t get morning wood.

The bottom line is that no magic pill will reverse your ED. Vitamins are only part of the equation, and they do help.
For a lot of men, ED problems stem from the mind. I believe erectile dysfunction is your body’s way of telling you that it’s time to wake up and make drastic changes in your life.
That was the case for me, and now I’m stronger and more virile than I’ve ever been in my life.
Final Word
Which of my picks do you think is the best multivitamin for erectile dysfunction? I’m confident that all men suffering from ED can find the one for them out of my five picks.
Whether you prefer to take the whole food vitamin route or the traditional route, there are options there for you. Personally, I prefer to take the zinc I recommended above every 2-3 days because it’s a large dose of 50mg.
As always, consult a physician if you’re unsure because I’m just a guy sharing his knowledge, not a doctor. Nothing here should be construed as medical advice.
What you learned:
- Avoid multivitamins that contain saw palmetto for treating erectile dysfunction. Blocking DHT is controversial and could make your ED worse.
- Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D (I get mine from the sun), and B Vitamins are the main ED remedies in the vitamins and minerals category that work for me.
- If you decide to take herbal erectile dysfunction remedies along with a multivitamin, consider sticking with the vitamins that don’t contain herbs.
- Eat more foods that are high in zinc such as almonds and pumpkin seeds
- Temporary abstinence from sex, no masturbation (nofap), semen retention, and sexual transmutation are great for reversing ED problems and empowering the mind.
Which will you try?
